These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between BIK Capital Markets Ltd. (Provider) and the consumer (User) of the services provided by it (the Service).

The services provided by the Provider to Users are available online via the Internet:

• Information system for Bulgarian enterprises - BEIS (beis.bia-bg.com);
• Electronic publication "Business Industry Capital".

The Provider provides and Users use the Services according to the parameters announced on the Provider's website (beis.bia-bg.com).

By using BEIS, the User agrees to be bound by these terms, which take effect automatically upon first use of beis.bia-bg.com.

(1) Personal data protection is regulated in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy of BIK Capital Markets Ltd.

(2) The Provider has the right to automatically store certain information that the User's computer or other terminal device sends to the Provider's server in connection with the User's activity.

(1) Copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the information provided through the Services, as well as the design of the website beis.bia-bg.com, belong to the Provider and are protected by the applicable national and international legislation in the field of intellectual property, copyright and related rights.

(2) The User is obliged to indicate the Provider as the source in all cases when reproducing, distributing, publishing or creating works based on information obtained from http://beis.bia-bg.com.

(3) The Provider reserves the right to stop or terminate a Subscriber's access to the System at any time with or without notice or explanation if it considers that the Subscriber is violating these General Terms in any way.

(1) The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password for their Profile, as well as for all activities performed through their Profile. By subscribing and registering a Profile, you agree that:

1. The Subscription is for personal access and may be used by the corresponding number of Users for whom it is concluded on up to two compatible User devices;
2. The Profile, username and password for accessing the System are personal and may not be used by anyone else;
3. The Subscriber has no right to provide access to the System to third parties by distributing their username and password, generated access code(s) or otherwise and has no right to do anything that would allow another person who is not registered with their own Profile in the System and does not have a paid Subscription to gain access to the System;
4. They have no right to create Profiles for the purpose of abusing the Functionalities and Content; nor to present them as another Subscriber.
5. The Subscriber agrees to notify the Provider immediately if they become aware of unauthorized use of their Profile by others.
6. The Provider may terminate or restrict the subscription without owing reimbursement of paid amounts if it finds that third parties are using the Subscriber's Profile or in case of other violation of these General Terms.
7. The Provider is not liable and does not owe a refund of received payments in cases of fraud in making payments (including but not limited to use of someone else's mobile phone, someone else's card) by the Subscriber. If there is an act by a competent authority establishing fraud or abuse, the Provider has the right to restrict access to the Subscriber's Profile or delete it, without owing compensation or penalty and without owing a refund of the received price.

(2) The Provider has the right to sanction Subscribers who find and abuse a technical defect in the System.

(1) The Provider uses various (including official) sources for the information in the Services and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

(2) The Provider is not liable for User losses resulting from actions and investments based on information included in the Services.

(3) The Provider does not provide investment advice, does not recommend buying and/or selling securities or investments.

(4) The Provider is not liable in cases where the data provided by the User is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate.

(5) The Provider reserves the right to discontinue maintenance of the System at any time by announcing this in the System, in cases of force majeure circumstances or by order of a competent authority, or when there is a danger that the Provider will suffer damages in connection with the organization and maintenance of the System. In these cases, no compensation is owed to Subscribers.

(1) These General Terms are provided to the User for review and acceptance in Bulgarian and English and are available at beis.bia-bg.com.

(2) The General Terms are considered accepted by the User from the moment of first use of the services until the moment of discontinuation of their use.

(3) These General Terms may be amended by the Provider at any time, about which Users will be informed on the website http://beis.bia-bg.com and in an appropriate manner.

(1) Relationships not regulated by these General Terms are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

(2) All disputes between the parties will be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - by the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
