FOR BULGARIAN ENTERPRISES INFORMATION SYSTEM

INITIAL DEPOSIT
The minimum required deposit to open an account for using BEIS is BGN 200. The money is spent for using information.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE
Regardless the frequency of using BEIS, every month a fee of BGN 20 is paid.

FEES FOR USING INFORMATION
Fees are calculated automatically on the basis of used services up to the amount of the prepaid subscription deposit.

COMPANY WATCH
The service allows the subscribers to make their own list of companies, thus ordering the system to search and retrieve information about registered changes. The access to the profile of every company included in the list is free at any time and no additional fees are calculated.

SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
Information on request could be obtained by people who do not have direct access to BEIS or who need special extracts of information. The information is provided within three working days and is sent by e-mail.
If the request is made by a BEIS client the fees are deducted from his/her account. The fees are calculated depending on the available information about every particular company.

After receiving initial deposit and completed subscription form for access to on-line services BIC Capital Market grants access to on-line services.

ON-LINE ACCOUNT SYSTEM
BEIS clients have their own user name and password. They can change their password at any time.
Clients deposit proper sum in their accounts in advance. A fixed subscription fee is calculated each month no matter the quantity of the used information during the month.
When clients access certain data, the fees are calculated according to BEIS Subscription Fees.
BEIS clients can view the current status of their accounts for using BEIS at any time. The clients are notified when deposits are spent.
