The municipality will not transfer the compensations to Public Transport-Plovdiv this month, as it is on the seizure by a bailiff. The request for suspension of payments was received on Wednesday, said yesterday the mayor Ivan Totev. The money was seized in December, but the mayor ordered the transfer of BGN 115,000 to the account of Public Transport-Plovdiv to allow the company to pay salaries for Christmas. Because of the carrier's obligations, two seizures have already been imposed – BGN 150 000 and BGN 250 000. A seizure is prepared for the trolley network, Totev said. The fate of the privatized company will be decided on Monday. A negative opinion of lawyers to reports of violations are expected, the mayor said.
