Gusberg Bulgaria raised its stake in local diversified holding Severcoop Gamza to 10.26%. The financial parameters of the deal were not disclosed. Gusberg Bulgaria bought 101,913 shares and currently holds a total of 274,350 shares in the holding company, Severcoop Gamza said in a statement to the Sofia bourse.
