On January 16th, 2000 had to take place a General Meeting of shoe plant Gergana JSC. The meeting was summoned by shareholder Sigma Bulgaria SPLtd. The agenda included some changes in the company's management as well as an increase in its capital. Although the meeting did not take place, Blagoevgrad District Court registered amendments for the company.
