Agrion Invest gets regulatory nod to acquire Bioprodukti Bulgaria Bulgarian agricultural assets manager Agrion Invest has received regulatory approval to take full control of grain feed producer Bioprodukti Bulgaria. The decision was adopted on November 26 and can be appealed before the Supreme Administrative Court within a 14-day period after it was published. CPC said that since the participants in the transaction would have a combined market share of below 5% after it is completed, the deal would not lead to any essential changes on the relevant market. Before the concentration each of the two participants had a market share of below 5% on the market where it operates. Main activity of the Plovdiv-based Agrion Invest is related to purchase and sale of land and real estate, as well as with trade with agricultural products. The company which capital exceeds BGN 15.4 million is managed jointly by Orbias and Solater. Bioprodukti Bulgaria is active on the market for trade with organic products. Sole owner of the company is Iliyan Ipokratov. Back in the middle of August he transferred his shares to Agrion.
