| Rohlik.cz acquires a minority stake in eBag.bg for EUR 1 million
Rohlk.z, the largest internet trader in the Czech Republic, has concluded a deal to acquire a minority stake in eBag.bg. The investment is in the amount of EUR 1 million, and the creator of Rohl?z Tomasz Chyp?p commented that in the next few years he aims at becoming the sole owner. Rohlz.z has a turnover of EUR 150 million in 2019 and is expanding its activities to Hungary as well. The company has plans to enter Austria and Germany. The company aims to promote the company and its expansion in Bulgaria, according to the statement. The company was established in 2014 by Tomasz Chypyp, who is also behind the lvmt portal, a leader in online sales of goods and services at a discount. The Bulgarian eBag.bg launched in 2015, initially with the support of Fantastico, but later the two companies separated. At the moment, the online store is the largest in Bulgaria, and in 2018 the turnover amounted to BGN 6 million, according to data from mn Guru.
