eBAG attracted a new BGN 500,000 from two investors The company, known for the eBAG - "Convenience" online store, attracted BGN 539,000 capital at the end of October from two investors. Milen Stoichkov, commercial director at eBAG, and PK Capital, an investment company from Varna, owned by serial IT entrepreneur Presiyan Karakostov, will receive 330 and 220 new shares, respectively. The valuation of the online food retailer in this transaction reaches BGN 84 million, as the new shares were acquired at a price of BGN 980. In March 2022, when it last raised its capital, Convenience's shares were valued at 670 leva, which is an increase of about 50%. HR Capital and Eleven are among the earliest investors in eBag, investing about BGN 1 million more than five years ago: BGN 600,000 debt from HR in August 2018, converted at 96 BGN per share, and 410 thousand debt from "Eleven" in December 2018, which is converted into shares at a price of about BGN 116 per book. Over the years, both companies have participated in follow-on rounds and expanded their holdings. But not in the current capital increase. Convenience's capital is distributed in just over 85,000 shares, which are divided into three classes: A, B and C. The difference between them is in the rights to subscribe capital from subsequent rounds. The last class B is held by the Czech Rohlik Group, which has about a 9% stake in the online retailer. The shares give the Czech company the right of veto at general meetings and priority over other classes of shares in the subscription of new shares.
