Vipom AD-Vidin (4VI) BSE has received the materials of the regular General Meeting of Shareholders of Vipom AD-Vidin (4VI) as follows: Vipom AD has appointed a General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 June 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the town of Vidin at 9 Tsar Ivan Asen II St. under the following agenda: - Individual and consolidated reports of the managing bodies on the company's activity in 2019 - Adoption of the 2019 individual and consolidated annual financial reports of the company - Reports of the registered auditor on the 2019 audit - Report of the Audit Committee - Report of the Investor Relations Director - Election of a registered auditor - Release from liability of the members of the managing bodies for their activity in 2019 - Renewal of the term of office of the members of the Audit Committee by one year and determination of their remuneration - Report on the implementation of the remuneration policy for the members of the managing bodies - In the absence of a quorum, the GMS will be held on 02 July 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at the same place and under the same agenda. The voting right will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the Central Depository fourteen (14) days before the GMS i.e. by 04 June 2020 (Record Date). The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holders will be entitled to exercise their voting right at the GMS, will be 02 June 2020 (Ex Date: 03 June 2020).
