Albena AD (ALB) At the regular General Meeting of Shareholders of Albena AD held on 27.06.2026, the following decisions were made: - Adopts the reports of the management bodies on the company's activities in 2025 (individual and consolidated); - Adopts the annual financial statements of the company for 2025 (individual and consolidated); - Adopts the reports of the registered auditor for 2025; - Adopts the report of the audit committee for 2025; - Adopts the report of the director of investor relations for 2025; - Adopts the report on the implementation of the Policy on the remuneration of the members of the management bodies; - Releases the members of the management bodies from liability for their activities in 2025; - Elects a registered auditor for 2026; - Decision on the distribution of financial results: Distributes the profit for 2025 in the amount of 2,712,755.25 euros, as follows: (1) distributes a gross dividend of 0.15 euros per share; (2) refers the remaining part of the profit as retained earnings. The right to receive dividends is held by the persons registered in the central securities register as such with the right to dividends on the 14th day after the day of the AGM, or as of 11.07.2026. The last date for concluding transactions with shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the acquirer is entitled to dividends, is 08.07.2026 (Ex-Date: 09.07.2026)
