At a meeting of the Board of Directors of BSE AD under Minutes No. 58 of 08.09.2026, the following decisions were made: I. Based on the ranking carried out under items 4-7 and the relevant checks and decisions under item 13 of Appendix 1 (SOFIX calculation method), pursuant to Art. 15, item 4 of the Rules for calculating indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in connection with item 17 of Appendix 1 (SOFIX calculation method), the Board of Directors excludes the following share issue from the SOFIX index base: 11C Eleven Capital AD; and adds the following share issue to the SOFIX index base: EAC Elana Agrocredit AD. The decision to change the SOFIX index base shall enter into force as of September 21, 2026.
