At a meeting of the Board of Directors of BSE AD under Minutes No. 28/04.04.2025, the following decision was made: The Board of Directors of BSE AD gives the following company until 11.04.2025 to pay the due fee for maintaining a registered issue, as set out in the Exchange Fee Tariff for 2025: No. Exchange Financial Instruments Issuer Code 1 ORGT Shares Orgtehnika AD In case of non-payment of the due fee by 11.04.2025, on the grounds of Art. 74, para. 1, item 15 of Part IV Trading Rules of the Exchange Rules of Procedure, trading in the issue of financial instruments of the above-mentioned company is temporarily suspended, effective from 15.04.2025, until the grounds cease to exist. Trading in the financial instruments issue will be resumed after payment of the due fees. The Exchange publishes the decisions to suspend and resume trading on its website.
