The Monbat auditor for 2019 will wait for Wolf Theis's environmental inspection The auditor of Monbat will wait for an environmental audit before issuing an audit report on the consolidated report, the company announced through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. In a letter to Monbat, the auditor Ernst & Young Audit LTD wrote that the audit of the consolidated financial statements for 2019 has not yet been finalized. "We are unable to issue our audit report before July 31, 2020 and before we have completed all of our material audit procedures, including a review of the final report of an independent audit conducted by Wolf Theis International Law Firm on matters related to with the environmental aspects of the Company's activity and its compliance with the applicable national and European regulations", the announcement states. For the period January - May the companies from the economic group of Monbat JSC have realized consolidated net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 111.105 million, which is a decrease of 15.8% compared to the same period last year.
