tbi bank announced the appointment of Borislava Nalbantova as Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO). The bank continues to build expertise in its leadership team following its acquisition by the American global investor Advent at the end of February this year. Borislava Nalbantova has over 25 years of experience in finance, operations and large-scale business transformations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and financial services sectors. She joins the tbi bank leadership team from Devin EAD, where she spent 16 years in management positions, including as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and for the last 6 years as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Executive Committee of the European parent group. In these positions, she leads the strategic development and operational results of the company across all areas of activity. Previously, Nalbantova was part of the PwC Southeast Europe team, where she advised banks and financial institutions in various markets in the region, with a focus on finance, operations and transformation projects.
