Will market of holiday properties on the Black sea revive in 2016? Russians activity on the market of holiday properties on the Black sea coat probably will start to revive in the coming year due to political strain between Russia and Turkey. At the same time activity of purchaser of such assets by Ukrainians is also put in mind. Ukrainians are gradually increasing their share in the number of deals and in interest for the local real estate. It is possible that they become more significant factor in 2016. Bulgarian market of properties of the type of second home is directly related to the international situation and with the environment on Russian speaking countries, which is the reason why making forecasts is rather hard. The segment will be dictated by a small number of investors, which will generate almost the full volume of deals. Expectations are average yields from rents, which a single holiday premise may bring to reach 5-6% annually. The major share of transactions is expected to come from deals for premises for own use, rather such with investment purpose. The main share of transactions is expected to housing is for personal use and not for investment. The main object of interest of buyers will be successfully implemented holiday complexes with a proper reputation which offer sufficient additional services to residents. In 2016 beginning, albeit timidly of a new stage for Bulgarian holiday market is expected - attracting buyers with higher incomes.
