The chemical giant "Agropolychem" intends to indirectly acquire a stake in its major competitor on the fertilizer market in our country - "Neochim" through a transaction involving two seemingly unrelated companies - "Feboran" EOOD and "Reya Ventures" EAD. "Feboran" EOOD owns 20.30% of the shares of the fertilizer plant. Through him, the Austrian Borealis AG and First Energy Bank of Bahrain entered the Dimitrovgrad company with a stake. In 2017, the bank exited this investment. Last year, Borealis sold its nitrogen business to the Czech Republic's Agrofert. "Feboran" was also transferred to her. At that time, the announced intentions of the new owner were for a long-term commitment to the Bulgarian fertilizer business. On the other hand, "Reya Ventures" EAD is the sole owner of the capital "Agropolihim" AD based in Devnya.
