Commission for Protection of Competition approved the deal for TPP Bobov dol, 3 heating utilities and 2 mines associated with businessman Hristo Kovachki. New owners will enter the heating companies in Gabrovo, Sliven and Veliko Tarnovo, Mina Stanyantsi, Opencast Mining Pernik and Mini Beli Breg in the village of Gaber. Buyers are unknown individuals from the UK and Cyprus. Last week's competition watchdog approved the deal for the old TPP Maritza East 1, five more district heating utilities and 2 mines. Buyers were again individuals from Cyprus and the UK.
