Branch: Renting and operating of own or leased real estate Registered Actitity: Establishment, construction, management and development of a technological and industrial park, public park, sports facilities and infrastructure, as well as any other production, economic and commercial activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Bulgarian border. Six companies are considering over BGN 200 million investments in Svishtov
Investments for over BGN 200 million in the future industrial park in Svishtov are planned by six companies. They have declared an investment interest, on the basis of which the future area was included as one of the 11 projects whose construction is financed under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan. The six companies with which memorandums of cooperation have been signed are expected to build manufacturing plants in the park by June 30, 2026, creating nearly 1,900 new jobs. The biggest investment interest is from Turkey's Arslan Makina Dokum, which was founded in 1971 and manufactures aluminum products for the automotive and light industries. Its idea is to invest EUR 30 million in Svishtov and create 750 jobs. The company is entirely export-oriented, and in the name of shortening the supply chain, it has expressed a desire to partner with two other companies interested in investing in the future park - the Italian Fraver and Natural point. The Italian manufacturer of industrial structures for the engineering industry Fraver is considering investing 20 million euros and creating 220 new jobs. Natural point, on the other hand, will foresee an investment of 15 million euros in the production of metal fasteners and the creation of 200 new jobs. Other potential investors include Italy's Vento, which is creating 280 new jobs with a ˆ22 million investment in the production of hotel equipment for the tourism industry. A manufacturer of children's clothing for the fashion industry is considering opening Amraa consulting by investing 28 million euros. A Bulgarian entrepreneur is also interested in the future industrial park. The Varna-based "Leader stroi montaz" plans to invest in the production of metal profiles and structures for industrial buildings and facilities. Currently, it has a production base in Pavlikeni. The construction of the new industrial park started at the end of May. The investor in it is the municipality, which receives BGN 27 million in European funding for it.
