The order is divided into small parts, with virtually no competition for each of them - only for one of the contracts there are two offers. "Road Construction - Veliko Tarnovo" would win the next largest amount with one separate position for 11.14 million leva, and "El Construction - Bulgaria" would be third with a contract for 2.25 million leva. The BSO consortium is made up of "Lider Stroy Montage" and "Dai Mik Build". The first company has nearly 200 employees and is owned by Stanislava Ivanova-Gancheva and Valentin Ganchev. It participates with a 25% share as a partner in "Beria", in which the manager and majority owner is Ivelin Mihaylov. The company was also connected to Mihaylov's ambitious construction intentions in Varna. "Dai Mik Build" has a sole owner, Natalia Milanova Kostova, who partners with Valentin Ganchev in "Bulgarian Construction Organization" (each with 50%). "Dai Mik Build" declares 19 staff. With the largest single contract is "Road Construction - Veliko Tarnovo", owned by "Patengineeringstroy - T". The latter, in turn, is one of the companies of the merchant businessman Grigor Ivanov through his "IG Holding", which received over 580 million leva. for maintenance and repairs in the districts of Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Targovishte and Lovech between 2019 and 2024. The last company with a larger project under the separate positions is "El Construction - Bulgaria", whose sole owner is Dimitar Georgiev Angelov. Through the DZZD "2021", in which "El Construction - Bulgaria" holds 20%, Angelov and his team have participated in over 34 projects from the "Digital Transformation of the Electricity Grid" program, part of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan. Angelov is also a partner in the real estate company "Project Pleven", where the majority owner is "ABFA Investments" of the former Minister of Finance from the NMSV Milen Velchev, the former MP from the NMSV Polina Karastoyanova and Viktor Dankov.
