Increase in the capital of "Industrial Technology Park-Svishtov" by 50 thousand leva The Municipal Council adopted an increase in the capital of the commercial company "Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" EOOD by 50 thousand leva. The amount represents a cash contribution and is made by subscribing to new shares. With this, the subscribed capital of the company increases from 525 thousand leva to 575 thousand leva. An annual program for the management and disposal of municipally owned properties in 2025 has also been updated and the right to build has been established for "Electricity System Operator" EAD in connection with the project "Construction of "Danube Industrial Technology Park - Svishtov" for the creation of a new 110 kV external node station, a 110 kV power transmission network and related facilities.
