Two Receivers Take up the Management of Kremikovtsi Two receivers will take up the management of the bankrupt Kremikovtsi plant. This transpired at the first meeting of the creditors that ended late on Friday. The talks continued for ten hours - from 10.30 am until 8.30 pm. The creditors decided that the plant should be managed by Ana Milenkova, who is presently appointed as a receiver of the plant and Veselin Bankov, who was a receiver at the bankrupt Stomana - Pernik and Plama Pleven oil refinery. The creditors also decided not to form a committee of their representatives, but to assign the management of the plant to two permanent receivers. In a month's time they should submit to court Kremikovtsi's viability plan.
