"Vipom" JSC (Vidin) reported a profit for 1997 in the amount of BGL 57,8 million. This was reported after the company’s General Meeting. The annual dividend paid per share is about BGL 70. PF "Trud I Capital" owns 51 per cent of the company’s capital and 39,7 per cent of it is an ownership of the state.

The only Bulgarian producer of water pumps "Vipom" JSC (Vidin) is already entirely private property. Last week PA Signed the deal for sale of 26.2 per cent of the shares of the Vidin-based company to the manager-employee company "Vipom Invest" JSC (Vidin). The latter paid USD 552.100. According to the term of the contract, the buyer has to pay its shares in the next 10 years.
