The General Meeting of the shareholders of Pension Insurance Company "Suglasie" JSC (Sofia) took a decision to increase the company's capital up to BGL 3 billion. The main shareholders of the company are "Bulbank" JSC, "Orel G" Holding, Bulgarian Industrial Association, Life Insurance Company "Fenix", Life Insurance Company "Vitosha", First Investment International Bank.
