State prepares several companies for privatization Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Agency (PPPCA) is planning to sell several companies. Assets of all enterprises that will be offered to investors will be transferred to the State Consolidation Company (SCC). This will avoid the requirement of the law the money from privatization to go to the Silver Fund to ensure the pension system, but instead they will be introduced in the budget as a dividend from SCC. The first phase is scheduled to sell part of International Fair Plovdiv, Market Information System (AMIS), Ovcha Kupel and Niti - Kazanlak. The first company will be privatized through the stock exchange, and the other two at auction. Over the past two years, the privatization process was completely stalled and revenue were symbolic and they came through the post-privatization control. For some were made attempt, but candidates were missing.

State sells agricultural statistics Bulgarfia sells all its shares in System for Agromarket Information LTD. The auction for the company will start with a starting price of BGN 200,000, the Agency for Privatization announced. Bidding step will be BGN 20,000 and the auction for the company will be held on October 13. The cost of tender documents is BGN 1000. The main activity of the company is to maintain an information system in agriculture, collection, processing and analysis of information for wholesale and retail of agricultural products, agricultural land, as well as preparing marketing analysis.
