Pension Insurance Company Allianz Bulgaria send individual reference to all of its 593 549 clients. In accordance with the pension insurance law each company is obliged to send this kind of reference to its clients up to March 31.

The pension insurance company Allianz has sold 2.3 per cent of its shares in Bulgartabac. This is directly related to legislative edicts, according to which 5 per cent of a pension-fund's capital at the utmost could be invested in one position, and from 5 to 10 per cent - with the preliminary permit by the Supervision because of the increased risk position. PIJSC Allianz had concentrated in this position 8.43 per cent of its own capital.

The Financial Supervision Commission rejected the claim of PIC Allianz Bulgaria JSC against the decree of the Deputy Chairman of Assurance Department, by which to the company were imposed compulsory administrative measures. The decision could not be appealed. The Commission made a decision for registering of an issue of 750 721 paperless, negotiable shares with face value of BGN 1, issued by Elprom ZEM JSC, Sofia. The Financial Supervision Commission registered an issue of 500 000 ordinary, personal, paperless, negotiable shares with face value of BGN 1, issued by Metron JSC, Prolesha as well as an issue of 717 400 paperless, negotiable shares with face value of BGN 1, issued by Pamporovo JSC, Smolyan. The Financial Supervision Commission adopted the prospect for initial public offering of shares of the open type investment company TBI Eurobond JSC.

The 7-th pension funds manage net assets at a value of BGN 453.525 million as of tehb end of the first nine months of the year, show the data of Insurance Supervision department at the Financial Supervision Commission. Nevertheless that DZI Pension Insurance received a license for addition pension assurance, as of the first nine months of the year the company has not executed any deals yet. As compared to the second quarter of the year there is a growth of 10.95 per cent in the net assets.
