FairPlay International, the Bulgarian construction and property development company, and Bulgarian Property Developments (BPD) have announced plans to develop a site in the industrial zone of Varna, on the Black Sea, into a logistics park. The partnership bought the site for BGN 25 mln in 2006. The logistics park, the first contemporary warehousing facility in Varna, will offer 55,000 sq m of storage capacity, including temperature-controlled warehouses, and 85,000 sq m of office and commercial space. Property consultants Colliers International have the exclusive agency contract for the logistics park. The company said storage facilities in Varna, which has an inventory of 200,000 sq m, currently rent at 3-5.5 euro/sq m per month. The two companies are developing a number of real estate projects. In Plovdiv and Pleven, FPI and the LSE-listed BPD are developing mixed-use properties with retail, office and residential components. A similar mixed-use development is also planned for Sofia.

Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC - Sofia, Bourse code HDOM, the annual general meeting of which was held on June 28, 2007, will distribute gross dividend for the year 2006 to the amount of BGN 0.08 (net dividend BGN 0.0744). Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC - Sofia reported a profit for 2006 in the amount of BGN 7,795,266.68. The company shall allocate BGN 300,740.39 in the Reserves Fund, BGN 25,235.39 as Retained Earnings; and BGN 7,030,755.22 for covering losses from previous years.
