Atomenergoremont will pay BGN 614,205 as a cash dividend The managers of the engineering company "Atomenergoremont" AD - Kozloduy propose to the upcoming regular general meeting on June 12 that an amount of BGN 614,205.50 from last year's net profit be distributed as a cash dividend. Thus, each shareholder will receive a gross dividend of BGN 0.04 per share. The rest of the profit, in the amount of BGN 32,961,710.84, will remain as retained earnings. This is clear from the invitation to convene a regular general meeting on June 12 in Kozloduy. Atomenergoremont ended last year with a net profit of BGN 33,575,916.44. "Atomenergoremont" AD was established in 1974 for the repair of the equipment of "NPP - Kozloduy". In recent years, the company has expanded its range of clients and activities by executing a number of projects related to the modernization and complete construction of sites in thermal power plants and other industrial enterprises. The largest shareholder in the company is "Bultrade Corporation" EOOD with a share of 55.20% of the capital. ZAD "OZK - Insurance" JSC owns 8,515, SUB "Toplina" - 10.76%, SUB "Budeshte" - 8.71 percent. A total of 12.97% are owned by other companies and individual investors. The general assembly of "Atomenergoremont" AD voted to pay a dividend from the net profit for 2022. The shareholders distributed the sum of BGN 383,878.50 or BGN 0.025 per share.
