"Netera" launched a technological modernization project with funding from the EU "Netera" launched a technological renewal project under the Economic Transformation Program of the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan. The total value of the technology modernization initiative is BGN 760,500, 50% of which comes in the form of grant funding from the Recovery and Sustainability Mechanism, in the amount of BGN 380,250. The duration of the project is 12 months. The aim of the project is to expand production capacity by investing in a precision air conditioning system and switchgear system. After the implementation of the new systems and equipment, the company will increase and improve its current technological capabilities and thus increase its capacity to reliably offer high-quality telecommunications services. Earlier this year, Netera announced that it had built a new optical network in Sofia. It offers much greater capacity as it uses "passive optical network (PON)" technology, the telecom operator said. This will allow the company to offer its customers, including a number of data centers and large customers in the capital.digitalk.bg
