Old union’s school with a new owner In a three years’ time third company becomes owner of the ex-trade union’s school. The property has an area of nearly 15 acres and consists of several buildings. It is located in Sofia’s neighborhood of Ovcha kupel. The real estate was privatized in the end of 2011. Plans of the buyer- a company under the name of Vplus then were to accommodate VUZF University there. After the sale by a private bailiff that took place last year the property became ownership of the very university. Two months ago still another deal, related to the plot is concluded. The property, located at 32 Nikola Petkov Boulevard was sold by Sofia municipal privatization agency for BGN 8.8 million, VAT excluded.
