The increase in the capital of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) is entered under the company's account in the Trade Register. The capital of the company was increased from BGN 6,582,860 to BGN 13,165,720, divided into 13,165,720 ordinary, registered, dematerialized shares, each with the right to one vote and with a nominal value of BGN 1. This means that in the intervening days the new shares will be registered for trading on the stock exchange. The shareholders of the exchange approved a capital increase with own funds at a general meeting, which was held on June 18, 2024. The source of the increase is the funds from additional reserves and retained earnings for past years. In connection with this decision, 6,582,860 new shares were issued, which were distributed among the shareholders in a ratio of 1:1. With a separate decision, the shareholders approved the payment of the entire profit for 2023 in the amount of nearly BGN 2 million as a dividend. The gross dividend per share amounts to BGN 0.296. In the last year, BSE shares rose in price by more than 71%, and the market capitalization is slightly below BGN 99 million.
