Enters the specified issue of shares, subject to an initial public offering, in the process of being issued, in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities. 2. Enters the issue of warrants issued by "Balkan and Sea Properties" REIT in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities, kept by the FSC, for the purpose of trading on a regulated market. The issue is in the amount of 2,999,995 ordinary, non-cash, registered, freely transferable warrants, with an issue value of BGN 0.001 per issue, with ISIN code BG9200001246, which entitle the warrant holders to exercise within a 5-year period their right to subscribe the corresponding number of shares - the underlying asset of the warrants at an issue value of BGN 21.50 per share at a warrant/share conversion ratio of 1:1, which "Bolkan and Sea Properties" REIT will issue in the event of a future capital increase. 3. Enters a subsequent issue of shares issued by "Shelly Group" JSC in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities, kept by the FSC, for the purpose of trading on a regulated market. The issue is in the amount of BGN 54,614, divided into 54,614 new ordinary, bearer, registered, freely transferable voting shares, with a nominal value of BGN 1 each, with ISIN code BG1100003166. 4. Approves a member of the board of directors of "Pension Insurance Company - Budeshte" JSC. 5. Writes off the issue of bonds issued by "Bulfinance Investment" AD, Sofia, from the register of public companies and other issuers of securities. The issue is in the amount of BGN 10,000,000, divided into 10,000 ordinary, interest-bearing, non-current, registered, freely transferable, secured, non-convertible bonds, with a nominal value of BGN 1,000 each, with ISIN code BG2100022172. 6. Intends to comply in its supervisory practice with the Guidelines on the transfer of data between transaction registries in accordance with the European Market Infrastructure Regulation and the Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation (ESMA74-362-2351), issued by the European Securities and Markets Authority, as of 01.10. 2024 7. Registers the training program, synopsis, procedural rules for conducting an exam and rules for evaluation by the "EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND INNOVATION Foundation" foundation, as an organization for conducting professional training of persons who enter work in an insurance broker. 8. Deletes, at the request of the applicant, "SLAVA 4" EOOD from the register of insurance brokers. 9. Sends a letter to "BULGARIAN EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY" EAD, notifying the company that there are currently no legal obstacles to concluding and executing a contract for the transfer of accounting services to a third party.
