A total of 5.13 million people are insured in pension insurance companies according to data from the Financial Supervision Commission as of June 30, 2025. The companies already manage assets worth BGN 28.7 billion, and it is entirely possible that the amount will exceed BGN 30 billion by the end of the year. The largest fund in our country, POC Doverie, announced a record BGN 20.8 million profit for the first half of the year compared to BGN 17.3 million positive financial result a year earlier. The total revenues of POC Doverie for the period amounted to BGN 43.8 million, increasing from BGN 40.3 million 12 months ago. Pension company Allianz Bulgaria added nearly 4 million leva to its profit, reaching 19.157 million leva as of June 30. Total revenues increased from 29.3 million leva to 34.49 million leva. DSK-Rodina DSK-Rodina's profit increased from 16.3 million leva to 18.7 million leva, amid an increase in revenues to 35.2 million leva, or by over 4.6 million leva compared to a year earlier. A total of 32.68 million leva of the proceeds were realized from fees and deductions. For the first six months, pension company UBB reported a profit of 9.4 million leva compared to 7.049 million leva for 12 months earlier. A serious increase is also reported in revenues - from 17.4 million BGN to 21.8 million BGN. CCB-Sila reports a minimal decrease in profit - from 8.025 million BGN to 7.958 million BGN, against the background of a decline in revenues by over 1.1 million BGN to 18.5 million BGN. Pension insurance company Saglasie realized a positive financial result of 5.29 million BGN for the first six months of 2025 compared to a profit of 4.4 million BGN a year earlier. Revenues reported an increase of 1.5 million BGN to 21.59 million BGN. POD Toplina realized a profit of 611 thousand BGN for the first half of the year compared to 38 thousand BGN a year earlier. Total revenues also increased – from 3.14 million leva to 3.3 million leva. For the first six months, POD Badeshte reported an increase in revenues of over 300 thousand leva to 4.43 million leva, but despite this, profit recorded a minimal decline. It fell to 610 thousand leva compared to 628 thousand leva a year earlier. Pension Insurance Institute (PII) reported a profit of 378 thousand leva for the period to June 30 compared to 302 thousand leva 12 months earlier. DallBogg: Life and Health is the only fund reporting a loss for the first six months of 2025 of 578 thousand leva, decreasing from 789 thousand leva for the comparable period in 2024.
