The Management Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board of TB "Teksim Bank" AD - Sofia, has taken a decision to increase the capital of "Teksim Bank" pursuant to Art. 195 and Art. 196 of the Commercial Law, Art. 113, para. 2, item 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, from BGN 33,595,036 to BGN 36,795,036. This will be done by issuing 3,200,000 new ordinary, registered, non-current shares, with voting rights, with a nominal value of BGN 1 each, after converting 8,000 ordinary, non-current, registered, freely transferable, unsecured, interest-bearing, convertible corporate bonds with ISIN code BG2100007207, stock exchange code 5CPA, and a nominal value of BGN 1,000 each. In September last year, "Teksim Bank" increased the company's capital by converting part of the issued bonds. Then 3,600,000 new ordinary, registered, non-present voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 each were issued. And the increase was made through the conversion of 9,000 ordinary, dematerialized, registered, freely transferable, unsecured, interest-bearing, convertible corporate bonds with ISIN: BG2100007207, and with a nominal value of BGN 1,000 each. Thus, the capital of "Teksim Bank" increased from BGN 29,995,036 to BGN 33,595,036.
